大学生支教近年来得到了突飞猛进的发展,短期支教作为其中参与最为广泛的一种支教类型,由于自身存在的诸多问题使支教成效受到影响,本文以苏州大学＂欣长征、彩虹行＂贵州支教团队为例,探讨短期支教长效机制的建立和完善。
大學生支教近年來得到瞭突飛猛進的髮展,短期支教作為其中參與最為廣汎的一種支教類型,由于自身存在的諸多問題使支教成效受到影響,本文以囌州大學＂訢長徵、綵虹行＂貴州支教糰隊為例,探討短期支教長效機製的建立和完善。

The volunteer teaching by college students in recent years has gained rapid development,short-term volunteer teaching as one kind volunteer teaching type which participate in the most widely used,due to the many problems inherent which weakens the effect of the volunteer teaching,this article take Suzhou University "xin chang zheng,cai hong xing" Guizhou volunteer teaching team as an example to explore the establishment and improvement of the long-term effective mechanism to short-term volunteer teaching.
