本文简述了“陌生化”理论的来源和概念，提出将“陌生化”理论与高职高专英语教学相结合的观点。将传统的形式主义文学批评的方法运用到今天的英语教学，包括教师思维陌生化，教学内容陌生化，教学方法陌生化等。这不仅能够改进教学模式，丰富课堂资源，又能增加学生的学习主动性，激发学生的学习热情，提高课堂效率。这种尝试不失为高职高职英语教学从形式到内容的一种创新。

This paper introduces the source and conception of "defamiliarization" briefly, and put forward opinion on combining the theory of "defamiliarization" and vocational colleges' English teaching. Applying the traditional literary critical method to today's English teaching includes defamiliarization of the teachers' way of thinking, teaching material and teaching methods. By doing this, it may not only improve the teaching mode, enrich teaching material, but also stimulate the students' enthusiasm. The attempt would be an innovation for vocational college English teaching from the form to the contents.
