在我国政治体制、经济体制深刻变革，社会结构、人的思想观念和价值观念深刻变化的形势下，建设社会主义核心价值体系，具有重要的意义。社会主义核心价值体系建设的重点在基层，难点也在基层，要把基层社会主义核心价值体系建设与基层文化建设相结合、与县乡党政机关的垂范相结合、与基层党的建设相结合、与社会主义新农村建设相结合。
在我國政治體製、經濟體製深刻變革，社會結構、人的思想觀唸和價值觀唸深刻變化的形勢下，建設社會主義覈心價值體繫，具有重要的意義。社會主義覈心價值體繫建設的重點在基層，難點也在基層，要把基層社會主義覈心價值體繫建設與基層文化建設相結閤、與縣鄉黨政機關的垂範相結閤、與基層黨的建設相結閤、與社會主義新農村建設相結閤。
재아국정치체제、경제체제심각변혁，사회결구、인적사상관념화개치관념심각변화적형세하，건설사회주의핵심개치체계，구유중요적의의。사회주의핵심개치체계건설적중점재기층，난점야재기층，요파기층사회주의핵심개치체계건설여기층문화건설상결합、여현향당정궤관적수범상결합、여기층당적건설상결합、여사회주의신농촌건설상결합。
