基于仅由风电场供电的电力孤岛难以满足负荷需求的问题,以保证孤岛电压和频率合格为目的,提出风电场互补电源的配置方法。首先分析了多种新能源发电的性质和特点,指出互补电源的种类选择应综合考虑电源的功率特性、调节速度、发电成本、发电效率和资源分布;然后通过分析孤岛系统的静态稳定极限确定了互补电源的接入位置以靠近风电场为宜;最后提出3种互补电源的定容方法,即安全容量规划、最小保证容量规划和置信容量规划方法及相应的容量选择原则。算例仿真结果表明,引入互补电源进行配置能够增强孤岛的电压和频率控制。

For the problem that island supplied by wind farm alone is unable to grantee the load, a configuration method of complementary generation ( CG) for wind farm is put forward to grantee the voltage and the frequency quality.Firstly, the characteristics of distribution generation are discussed.Then, a suggestion for locating the CG is given by analyzing the steady-state stability limit of the island.Finally, 3 capacity planning methods for CG, i. e safe capacity planning, minimized capacity planning and confident capacity planning, and the principle of picking specify method for specify situation are given.A case simulation was performed and the results showed that the CG planned could enhance the control abilities of the voltage and the frequency of the island.
