针对灾后应急医疗资源配置问题，引入需求分级理念，在嵌套与非嵌套两种模式下，以运输总距离最小化为目标，建立基于需求分级的应急医疗资源配置模型。分别从服务效率与响应速度两个方面进行仿真算例研究，对比分析两种模式下应急医疗资源配置系统的整体运行水平，结果表明嵌套模式分散了低等级需求库存的内在机制，加大了其对低等级需求的服务保障。因此，在低等级需求更具重要性的应急环境中，嵌套模式下的应急医疗资源配置系统更有效率。

침대재후응급의료자원배치문제，인입수구분급이념，재감투여비감투량충모식하，이운수총거리최소화위목표，건립기우수구분급적응급의료자원배치모형。분별종복무효솔여향응속도량개방면진행방진산례연구，대비분석량충모식하응급의료자원배치계통적정체운행수평，결과표명감투모식분산료저등급수구고존적내재궤제，가대료기대저등급수구적복무보장。인차，재저등급수구경구중요성적응급배경중，감투모식하적응급의료자원배치계통경유효솔。
For sake of providing satisfactory solutions for the post-disaster emergency medical re-source allocation problem, by introducing the concept of demand hierarchy, the models of medical resources allocation based on demand hierarchy were built to minimize total travel cost under two variations of nested model and non-nested model. The two models are tested and analyzed in service efficiency and response speed by simulations, and their solutions were compared on the overall oper-ation level of emergency medical resource allocation system. The results suggest that the internal mechanism of lower level demand of inventory is dispersed by nested model, and the service guaran-tee is also improved. Therefore, in an environment which has a priority for lower level demands, the nested model is a more efficient emergency medical resource allocation system.
