This paper describes the research related to sepsis and immune mechanism,to explore the effects and mechanism of immunoglobulin mainly from the physiological mechanism of severe sepsis and septic shock and autoimmune disease state angle,to analysis the possibility and mechanism on the effect of immune mechanisms through the intervention of refractory sepsis,to provide new method for the prevention and treatment of severe sepsis.
