目的:观察电针对脑缺血再灌注损伤后大鼠额叶皮质和海马CA1区Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和电针组。采用大脑中动脉线栓法制备脑缺血再灌注模型。取百会和大椎穴给予电针刺激,频率2 Hz,持续30 min,每天1次,连续7 d。免疫组织化学方法观察额叶皮质和海马CA1区Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果:假手术组大鼠神经功能缺损评分均为0分,模型组神经功能缺损评分高于电针治疗组,两组间有显著性差异( P<0.01)。模型组Bcl-2在额叶皮质和海马CA1区的表达与假手术组比较无明显变化( P>0.05),电针组Bcl2-的表达明显高于模型组( P<0.01)。模型组Bax在额叶皮质和海马CA 1区的表达明显高于假手术组(P<0.01),电针组Bax的表达显著低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗可改善脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能,可能与其促进Bcl-2、抑制Bax的表达有关。

목적:관찰전침대뇌결혈재관주손상후대서액협피질화해마CA1구Bcl-2、Bax표체적영향。방법:장24지SD대서수궤분위가수술조、모형조화전침조。채용대뇌중동맥선전법제비뇌결혈재관주모형。취백회화대추혈급여전침자격,빈솔2 Hz,지속30 min,매천1차,련속7 d。면역조직화학방법관찰액협피질화해마CA1구Bcl-2、Bax적표체。결과:가수술조대서신경공능결손평분균위0분,모형조신경공능결손평분고우전침치료조,량조간유현저성차이( P<0.01)。모형조Bcl-2재액협피질화해마CA1구적표체여가수술조비교무명현변화( P>0.05),전침조Bcl2-적표체명현고우모형조( P<0.01)。모형조Bax재액협피질화해마CA 1구적표체명현고우가수술조(P<0.01),전침조Bax적표체현저저우모형조(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론:전침치료가개선뇌결혈재관주대서신경공능,가능여기촉진Bcl-2、억제Bax적표체유관。
Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) on Bcl-2and Bax expression in the frontal cortex and hippocampus CA 1 area of rats after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods:Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley( SD) rats were randomized into groups of sham operation ,model and EA.The models of focal cerebral ischemiar-eperfusion were induced by intraluminal middle cerebral artery occlusion ( MCAO) with a nylon monofilament suture,and EA was performed at the acupoints of Baihui and Dazhui for the EA group in consecutive 7 days by lasting for 30 min, once a day.Immunohis-tochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in frontal cortex and hippocampus CA1 area.Results:The neurologic impairment score was 0 for the sham operation group,and the model group scored significantly higher than the EA group with statistical difference(P<0.01).Bcl-2 expression remained no significant change in frontal cortex and hippocampus CA1 area between the sham operation group and model group(P>0.05),yet was higher in EA group(P<0.01).Bax expression was significantly increased in the frontal cortex and hippocampus CA1 area in the model group as com-pared with the sham operation group(P<0.01),but remarkably lower in the EA group than that in the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture intervention has improved the nerve function of rats after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,which process may be associated with en-hanced Bcl-2 level but suppressed Bax expression.
