目的：评价血管内栓塞治疗硬脑膜动静脉瘘（ DAVF ）的治疗效果。方法2005-2013年收治DAVF患者30例，行血管内栓塞治疗。根据手术成功率、围手术期并发症、随访结果评价疗效。结果术后即刻造影显示治愈18例（60％），好转11例（36．7％），无效1例（3．3％）。随访（14．4±11．0）个月后，29例患者症状缓解或消失。10例行脑血管造影随访，造影随访时间为（12．5±8．8）个月，8例治愈，2例有少量残余。结论血管内栓塞是治疗DAVF安全有效的方法。对于海绵窦区DAVF，经静脉途径栓塞可以取得满意疗效。对于非海绵窦区DAVF，应用Onyx经动脉入路栓塞可以取得满意的疗效。
목적：평개혈관내전새치료경뇌막동정맥루（ DAVF ）적치료효과。방법2005-2013년수치DAVF환자30례，행혈관내전새치료。근거수술성공솔、위수술기병발증、수방결과평개료효。결과술후즉각조영현시치유18례（60％），호전11례（36．7％），무효1례（3．3％）。수방（14．4±11．0）개월후，29례환자증상완해혹소실。10례행뇌혈관조영수방，조영수방시간위（12．5±8．8）개월，8례치유，2례유소량잔여。결론혈관내전새시치료DAVF안전유효적방법。대우해면두구DAVF，경정맥도경전새가이취득만의료효。대우비해면두구DAVF，응용Onyx경동맥입로전새가이취득만의적료효。
Objective To evaluate angiographic and clinical results in patients with a dural arteriovenous fistula ( DAVF ) who underwent endovascular embolization .Methods During the period from 2005 to 2013,a total of 30 patients with DAVF were treated with endovascular embolization .The technical success rate , perioperative complication and follow-up results were recorded and analyzed .Results The initial angiographic results showed complete occlusion of arteriovenous fistula in 18 cases ( 60%) , partial occlusion in 11 cases(36.7%),no change in 1 case(3.3%).All patients were available for follow-up (14.4 ±11.0)months.The clinical follow-up findings demonstrated full recovery or symptom improvement in 29 patients.The angiographic follow-up((12.5 ±8.8) months) was performed in 10 cases,and showed complete occlusion of fistula in 8 cases, partial occlusion in 2 cases.Conclusions Endovascular embolization is an efficient treatment for DAVF .Transvenous embolization is a highly efficient treatment in dural carotid-cavernous sinus fistula .It is safe and effective to embolize the DAVF of the non-carotid-cavernous sinus through transarterial approach with Onyx .
