目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者的炎症因子基因表达水平与颈动脉斑块的关系。方法对128例脑梗死患者、65例对照组外周血进行白介素6(IL 6)、白介素10(IL 10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)mRNA表达的测定以及颈动脉超声检查颈动脉斑块情况。结果脑梗死组 IL 6、IL 10mRNA表达水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),颈动脉不稳定斑块、高度狭窄的比例较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。稳定斑块组 IL 6 mRNA、TNF αmRNA表达水平明显高于对照组,IL 10 mRNA表达水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清炎症因子基因表达水平与颈动脉斑块形成及其稳定性密切相关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between inflammatory factors gene expression and carotid plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods The levels of interleukin (IL) 6,IL 10,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)gene expression were measured in128 patients with ACI and 65 controls.The carotid plaque was assessed by color Doppler ultrasound.Re-sults There was significant difference in the levels of IL 6 and IL 10 mRNA expression between patients with cerebral infarction and controls.The ratio of carotid instability plaque in patients with ACI was much higher than that in controls.The inflammatory fac-tors mRNA expression was more unusual in patients with carotid instability plaque.Conclusion The level of serum inflammatory factors gene expression in patients with ACI was closely related with plaque formation and plaque stability.
