目的：观察中药复方益消复瘫汤对2型糖尿病并脑梗死患者血糖水平的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病并脑梗死患者随机分为益消复瘫汤治疗组(治疗组)与补阳还五汤治疗组(对照组)，每组30例。观察两组治疗前和治疗8周后的血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(PBG)]、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)的变化情况。结果治疗组在改善血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛功能等各项指标方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益消复瘫汤具有确切的降糖及脑保护作用。
목적：관찰중약복방익소복탄탕대2형당뇨병병뇌경사환자혈당수평적영향。방법장60례2형당뇨병병뇌경사환자수궤분위익소복탄탕치료조(치료조)여보양환오탕치료조(대조조)，매조30례。관찰량조치료전화치료8주후적혈당[공복혈당(FBG)급찬후2 h혈당(PBG)]、당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)、공복이도소(FIN)、이도소민감지수(IAI)적변화정황。결과치료조재개선혈당、당화혈홍단백、이도공능등각항지표방면균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론익소복탄탕구유학절적강당급뇌보호작용。
Objective To investigate the influence of Yixiao Futan decoction(YFD)on blood glucose level in type 2 diabetes melli-tus (T2DM)with cerebral infarction (CI).Methods Sixty patients with T2DM with CI were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group (n=30)treated by YFD and control group (n=30)treated by Buyang Huanwu decoction (BHD)for 8 weeks.The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG),postprandial blood glucose (2 h PBG),hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c),fasting insulin (FIN),and index of insulin sensitiveness (IAI)were observed.Results The blood glucose,HbA1c and islet function were improved in treatment group,which were superior to control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion YFD had obviously hypoglycemic and cerebral protective effects.
