目的:分析人性化服务在外科病房护理中的应用效果。方法对对照组患者临床主要实施常规护理管理,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施人性化服务,并观察两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,并且观察组医疗纠纷发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床外科病房护理中人性化服务模式的应用,不仅能够提高患者的满意度,而且对减少医疗纠纷,提高护理质量也具有重要的意义。

목적:분석인성화복무재외과병방호리중적응용효과。방법대대조조환자림상주요실시상규호리관리,대관찰조환자재상규호리적기출상실시인성화복무,병관찰량조호리효과。결과관찰조환자호리만의도고우대조조,병차관찰조의료규분발생솔저우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론림상외과병방호리중인성화복무모식적응용,불부능구제고환자적만의도,이차대감소의료규분,제고호리질량야구유중요적의의。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized service in surgical ward in nursing;Methods Patients in the control group the main clinical routine nursing management of patients in the observation group, on the basis of routine nursing humanistic service, and nursing observation. Results Two groups: patients in the observation group satisfaction than in the control group, medical disputes and the observation group was lower than that in the control group, there was signiifcant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of service model of humanity care in clinical surgery, not only can improve the satisfaction of patients, but also to reduce medical disputes, but also has important signiifcance to improve the quality of nursing.
