目的：探讨胃肠手术后胃瘫综合征诊断方法和治疗效果。方法对我院胃肠手术后发生胃瘫综合征的患者33例的临床资料进行分析，探讨胃肠手术后胃瘫综合征诊断方法和治疗效果。结果胃肠造影和胃镜检查，是胃肠手术后胃瘫综合征的主要诊断方法；胃瘫综合征多发生于胃肠术后3~7d；33例患者中，给予保守的综合治疗后，胃肠功能均有明显的恢复，没有需要再次手术治疗的患者，患者恢复半流食1周后所有患者均未复发，全部出院。胃动力恢复时间10~26d，平均（18.96±2.46）d。结论给予胃肠手术后胃瘫综合征患者保守的综合治疗，可以取得良好的治疗效果，避免再次进行手术，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토위장수술후위탄종합정진단방법화치료효과。방법대아원위장수술후발생위탄종합정적환자33례적림상자료진행분석，탐토위장수술후위탄종합정진단방법화치료효과。결과위장조영화위경검사，시위장수술후위탄종합정적주요진단방법；위탄종합정다발생우위장술후3~7d；33례환자중，급여보수적종합치료후，위장공능균유명현적회복，몰유수요재차수술치료적환자，환자회복반류식1주후소유환자균미복발，전부출원。위동력회복시간10~26d，평균（18.96±2.46）d。결론급여위장수술후위탄종합정환자보수적종합치료，가이취득량호적치료효과，피면재차진행수술，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the syndrome diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis after gastrointestinal operation. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients in our hospital after gastrointestinal operation gastroparesis syndrome were analyzed, to explore syndrome diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis after gastrointestinal operation. Results Gastrointestinal radiography and gastroscopy, were the main diagnostic methods of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome after gastrointestinal operation; gastroparesis syndrome often occurs in patients after gastrointestinal operation 3~7 d; in 33 cases, given a comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal function after conservative, has obvious recovery, no patient required again operation treatment, all patients had no recurrence recovery of semi-liquid diet after 1 weeks, all patients. Gastric motility recovery time 10~26 d, average (18.96±2.46)d. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of the patients with conservative of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome after gastrointestinal operation, can obtain a good therapeutic effect, avoid again operation, is worth the clinical promotion.
