目的：探讨锁定接骨板（lockingcompressionplate，LCP）内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2009年5月至2012年5月采用锁定钢板内固定治疗26例肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料，骨折Neer分型，其中2部分骨折7例，3部分骨折11例，4部分骨折8例，随访6～24个月，平均随访12.3个月，对其临床疗效进行分析。结果按Neer评分标准进行评定，其中优13例，良11例，可1例，差1例，优良率达92.31%。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有临床效果好、固定牢靠、创伤小、术后功能恢复好等优点。
목적：탐토쇄정접골판（lockingcompressionplate，LCP）내고정치료굉골근단골절적림상료효。방법회고성분석아원2009년5월지2012년5월채용쇄정강판내고정치료26례굉골근단골절환자적림상자료，골절Neer분형，기중2부분골절7례，3부분골절11례，4부분골절8례，수방6～24개월，평균수방12.3개월，대기림상료효진행분석。결과안Neer평분표준진행평정，기중우13례，량11례，가1례，차1례，우량솔체92.31%。결론쇄정강판내고정치료굉골근단골절구유림상효과호、고정뢰고、창상소、술후공능회복호등우점。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of locking compression plate(LCP)for treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 May to 2012 May during the treatment of 26 cases of fractures of the proximal humerus locking plate, analyse its clinical efifcacy. Results 26 patients were followed up for 12.3 months. all patients were assessed according to Neer score standard, 13 fractures showed excellent results, 11 good, 1 fair, and l poor. the excellent and good rate was 92.31%. Conclusion Proximal humeral locking plate for treatment has better clinical curative effect, little trauma, ifrm ifxation, postoperative functional exercise for the advantages of fracture, is worth the clinical promotion.
