目的:调查新疆乌鲁木齐市健康成年人群碘营养水平并分析其与民族、性别的关系。方法选取2013年6-10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院体检中心进行体检的20~60岁的健康成年人278人,采用砷铈催化分光光度法及苦味酸法分别测定尿碘和肌酐含量,并计算经肌酐校正的每日尿排碘量,根据WHO/ICCIDD标准,比较不同民族、不同性别成年人尿碘及尿排碘量的差异。结果共采集尿样278份,尿碘含量中位数为215.5μg/L,其中尿碘<100μg/L的13份(4.68%),100~200μg/L的106份(38.13%),200~300μg/L的102份(36.69%),>300μg/L的57份(20.50%)。尿碘频数分布呈向右拖尾的正偏态分布。维吾尔族与汉族、男性与女性成年人尿碘及尿排碘量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市健康成年人群处于超足量碘摄入状态;碘营养水平与民族、性别无相关性。

Objective To survey iodine nutrition level of health adults in Xinjiang Urumqi and analyze its relationship with nationality,gender.Methods To assay urine iodine and creatinine with arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry and picric acid,and then calculate creatinine corrected daily urinary iodine.Re-sults 278 urinary samples were collected and the median of urine iodine were 215.5 μg/L.13 cases (4.68%)were less than 100μg/L,106 cases (38.13%)were 100-200μg/L.102 cases (36.69%)were 200-300μg/L.and 57 cases (20.5%)were greater than 300μg/L.Frequency distribution of urine iodine were significantly a right skewed from normal distribution.The difference of urine iodine and urine excreted-io-dine were not statistically significant between two different nationalities and gender (P>0.05).Conclusion It showed that there is a supersufficiency pattern in iodine nutrition levels of health adults in Xinjiang Urumqi are according to WHO/ICCIDD.and also has no correlationship with nationality and gender.
