该文梳理归纳了普通高校教学管理中存在的主要问题。通过对系统论、ISO9000体系标准管理理念、现代教育理论及全面质量管理理论的分析，探索建立科学的全过程教学质量监控体系模型，从而达到提高教学管理水平，促进人才培养质量的目的。

This paper summarizes the main problems existed in the teaching management in the general universities and colleges . Based on the system theory ,the system of ISO9000 standards ,the modern education theory and the total quality management theory ,the paper attempts to explore the establishment of the scientific full process teaching quality monitoring system model , so as to improve the teaching management level and promote the quality of the talent training objective .
