随着我国各地规模化畜禽养殖的出现和发展，规模化畜禽养殖业所带来的环境污染问题愈来愈突出。文章分析了开展畜禽养殖项目环评的必要性，归纳了畜禽养殖项目环评的行业依据，并对畜禽养殖项目环境影响评价中应关注的重点问题进行了探讨。

With the advent and development of large-scale livestock farming throughout our country, large-scale livestock industry environmental pollution problems caused by more and more prominent. This paper analyzes the necessity of livestock project EIA, summarized the livestock industry, according to the EIA projects, and discusses the key issues of EIA on livestock breeding project.
