随着城市自来水水表“一户一表”工程改造的陆续完成，基本解决了原先总表和分表计量不符造成水费分摊难的老问题，但水表计量异常如自转这样的新问题却日显突出。本文通过介绍水表的工作原理，进而分析水表出现计量异常的现象及原因，并根据自己多年的工作实践提出解决措旌。
隨著城市自來水水錶“一戶一錶”工程改造的陸續完成，基本解決瞭原先總錶和分錶計量不符造成水費分攤難的老問題，但水錶計量異常如自轉這樣的新問題卻日顯突齣。本文通過介紹水錶的工作原理，進而分析水錶齣現計量異常的現象及原因，併根據自己多年的工作實踐提齣解決措旌。
수착성시자래수수표“일호일표”공정개조적륙속완성，기본해결료원선총표화분표계량불부조성수비분탄난적로문제，단수표계량이상여자전저양적신문제각일현돌출。본문통과개소수표적공작원리，진이분석수표출현계량이상적현상급원인，병근거자기다년적공작실천제출해결조정。
The hoary problem of sharing expenses caused by the inaccurate measurements between the total water meter and the constituent water meter has been solved since starting the "one-house one water meter system".However, the new problems such as the rotation of water meter have been the increasing concern. This paper introduces the working principle of water meter, analyses the origin of water meter abnormity in measurement and provides treatment method based on our working experience.
