采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对门座式起重机建立整体结构计算分析有限元模型,进行了两种危险工况下的应力计算,并通过将有限元计算结果与实测应力结果进行比较,验证了有限元计算结果的可靠性,为门座式起重机的强度分析提供了可行的有限元参考方法。

Through analyzing the finite element (FE) model of a portal crane with software ANSYS, the stress calulation of two dangerous conditions were obtained. By comparing the finite element results with the results of the measured stress, the reliability of the finite element results was inspected and verified. The comparing results showed that the FE method was reliable and efficient to assess the strength of the portal crane.
