现有生活垃圾压缩设备中,车厢锁紧机构的锁紧钩只是执行单一回转动作,没有纵向行程,导致在工作过程中常常发生锁紧钩锁不住或打不开车厢的情况。针对上述缺陷对锁紧机构进行了改进,增加了锁紧钩的纵向行程而使问题得以解决,并通过受力分析对设计改进进行了验证。
現有生活垃圾壓縮設備中,車廂鎖緊機構的鎖緊鉤隻是執行單一迴轉動作,沒有縱嚮行程,導緻在工作過程中常常髮生鎖緊鉤鎖不住或打不開車廂的情況。針對上述缺陷對鎖緊機構進行瞭改進,增加瞭鎖緊鉤的縱嚮行程而使問題得以解決,併通過受力分析對設計改進進行瞭驗證。

The existing garbage compression equipment compartment of the locking hook of the locking mechanism is performed on a single rotary motion, no longitudinal stroke, resulting in a process often occur in locking hook cannot lock or open the compartment of the situation. Regarding to the defects, the locking mechanism is improved, and the locking hook of the longitudinal travel increased. The problem was completely solved, and at the same time through the stress analysis for the improvement design is validated.
