研究矿物掺合料类型和掺量对砂轻陶粒混凝土强度的影响规律。以松散体积法设计的LC30为基准[1],在此基础上调整矿物掺合料类型和掺量这些因素。实验结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的强度却降低,粉煤灰掺量宜控制在10%;而矿粉在掺量占胶凝材料的0~30%内,随着掺量的增加,混凝土的强度也随之增长,矿粉应用掺量至少可达30%;矿粉和粉煤灰的掺量都为10%时,混凝土各龄期抗压强度最高。

This paper studies the influence of mineral admixtures type and dosage for the lightweight sand ceramsite concrete strength.It tests by adjusting the mineral admixtures' type and dosage,based on loose volume design LC30.The test result shows that the concrete strength decreases as the fly ash amount increases,and the recommended dosage of fly ash is 10%.However,the concrete strength increases as the mineral powder increases when the dosage is 0 to 30% of cement materials' weight,and the dosage of the mineral powder is at least up to 30%.When the content of the mineral powder and fly ash is both 10%,the concrete compressive strength is the highest.
