运用因素分析、实证研究方法,分析中职学生求职就业素质,其差异性特点是:中职学生整体求职就业素质随着学生接受职业教育时间和求职就业社会实践活动的增多而不断的提高,不同性别和不同区域学生的求职就业素养存在错综复杂的差异性。探究其影响因素初步得出结论:职业教育过程能够有效促进职教学生求职就业素质的提升,而在职业指导教学中互动体验式教学活动和社会实践活动的开展,直接触动学生对求职就业技能的学习、练习和掌握,因材施教和因性别施教的有机结合,能够提高职业指导教学的针对性和实效性,职业指导教师的职业指导专业素质深刻影响学生求职就业基本素质的培养。

The .paper applies the factor and empirical vocational graduates and the investigation finds that analyses to investigate the professional qualities the traits of secondary vocational graduates' of secondary professional qualities are as follows: students' professional quality grows with their educational time increasing and their social practice accumulating; the professional quality of students of different sexes is different. The paper concludes from the data that the process of vocational education will be able to enhance students' professional quality; more interactive and experiencing teaching activities and more industry practice will make students skillful in mastering professional skills.
