国家“十二五”规划和中长期教改规划的出台，都表明了对高等职业教育发展的重视，学生的就业是影响高职高专院校长期可持续发展的关键，因此，要在科学发展观的指导下，从学校、学生和社会三方视角出发，发现问题、分析问题并解决问题。

The employment of graduates in vocational colleges is the key to the sustainable development of vocational colleges and will greatly influence these colleges' advancement. The paper argues that the graduates' employment work of colleges will have to be highly emphasized and scientifically analyzed from the school, graduates and enterprises so as to reveal problems, analyze problems and tackle problems.
