采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法对贵州省高校定向运动的开展现状和影响因素进行调查研究并探讨其发展对策。研究结果发现:男生参与比例略高于女生;获取知识的主要途径是教师传授和比赛交流;场地是野外森林、郊外和校园;器材是到正规商店购买;大多数运动员入队年限1~2年、一年训练时间1~3个月或4~6个月;普及主要是训练运动员参加比赛;开展的主要形式是公共体育选修课和参加竞赛;参与原因是锻炼身体和满足业余爱好;需解决上课时数、比赛次数少和定向场地器材问题;推动开展的主要因素是形成科学完善的教学内容体系。

With the combination of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,and statistics analysis,this research conducted a profound and extensive investigation related to the status and influence factor of orienteering pedestrianism activity,and puts forward corresponding stactics and suggestion for Guizhou province’s colleges and universities.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: the proportion of boys slightly higher than girls;the main way to acquire knowledge from teachers and match communication for students;field is the wild forest,suburb and campus;equipment is from regular store;the length of most athletes is 1-2 years;training time is 1-3 months or 4-6 months in one year;the most popular way is to train athletes for competition;public elective courses of physical education and competition;the chief developing method is public elective courses of physical education and competition;the reason for participation is exercise and meet the hobby;to solve less class hours,less competition,field and equipment problem;to form a scientific and perfect teaching content system.
