近年来,桑干河灌区因地下水超量开采,地表水水源严重不足,致使水利用系数低。采用以防冻害为重点的渠道防渗技术可减少水资源浪费。

In recent years, the severe lack of water resources on the ground surface due to the over - exploitation of underground water in the Sangganhe irrigation area has resulted in the low coefficient of water use.
