The relationship between teachers and students is the focus of education circle. The traditional position of teachers is weakening with the development of society and economy. The teacher - student conflict proves to be prominent. In view of the particularity and diversity among vocational students, this paper studies how to cope with the conflict from the aspect of social function of education for the sake of a new - typed harmonious and equal teacher - student relationship, which is of great significance to their mental and physical health, and steady development of education.
