Lithocarpus glaber%seed different treatments germination rate
为寻求打破带有种壳石栎种子的最佳处理方式及处理时间,采取了磨皮,剥皮,4℃、15℃、25℃恒温处理,98%H2SOt分别处理5min、30min,10%、20%、30%NaOH分别处理2.5h、3h、3.5h,1%、2%、4%、6%KNOs分别处理24h、48h、72h,100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L、400mg/LGA分别处理24h、48h的方法,研究各种不同的处理对石栎种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:25℃是石栎发芽的最适温度,未去种壳的石栎种子发芽率为44%,砂布磨皮的石栎种子的发芽率为50%,剥皮的石栎种子发芽率为96%;98%H2SO4、NaOH处理对带有种壳石栎种子的发芽没有多大的促进作用,但KNO2处理对带有种壳石栎种子的发芽有一定的促进作用,经4%KNOs处理24h,能使石栎种子的发芽率提高至90%;赤霉素是良好的促进种子萌发的激素,300mg/L的GA3处理24h都能使石栎种子的发芽率提高至90%。
為尋求打破帶有種殼石櫟種子的最佳處理方式及處理時間,採取瞭磨皮,剝皮,4℃、15℃、25℃恆溫處理,98%H2SOt分彆處理5min、30min,10%、20%、30%NaOH分彆處理2.5h、3h、3.5h,1%、2%、4%、6%KNOs分彆處理24h、48h、72h,100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L、400mg/LGA分彆處理24h、48h的方法,研究各種不同的處理對石櫟種子髮芽率的影響。結果錶明:25℃是石櫟髮芽的最適溫度,未去種殼的石櫟種子髮芽率為44%,砂佈磨皮的石櫟種子的髮芽率為50%,剝皮的石櫟種子髮芽率為96%;98%H2SO4、NaOH處理對帶有種殼石櫟種子的髮芽沒有多大的促進作用,但KNO2處理對帶有種殼石櫟種子的髮芽有一定的促進作用,經4%KNOs處理24h,能使石櫟種子的髮芽率提高至90%;赤黴素是良好的促進種子萌髮的激素,300mg/L的GA3處理24h都能使石櫟種子的髮芽率提高至90%。

To seek the optimum treatment method and time of breaking the hard shell of seeds of Lithocarpus glabra, we have adopted such methods as scraping seed coat, peeling off seed coat, in different treatments at 4 ℃, 15 ℃, 25 ℃ constant temperatures, with H2SO3 (98%) treating 5 or 30 minutes respectively, NaOH(10%, 20%, 30%) treating 2.5h, 3h, and 3. 5h respectively, KNO3 (1%, 2 %, 4 %, 6 % ) treating 48 or 72 hours respectively, GA3 (100, 200, 300, 400 mgL-1) treating 24 h or 48 hours so as to explore their effects on the germination rate of Lithocarpus glabra respectively. The results show that 25 ℃ is the optimum temperature for the germination of Lithocarpus glabra. The germination rate of the seeds untreated is 44%, and that of the seeds treated by scraping seed coat is 50% while that of peeling off seed coat is 96%. There are no obvious effects on germination in the treatment with 98% H2SO4 and NaOH, but KNO3 has some effect, and the germination of the seeds treated by 4% KNO3 for 24 hour can reach 90%. GA3 is good for germination, and 300 mgL-1GA3 treating the seeds for 24 hours can increase the germination rate to 90%.
