以花叶艳山姜(Alpinia zerumbet cv.vaniegata)的茎尖作为外植体,研究了花叶艳山姜的离体快繁技术。结果表明:花叶艳山姜茎尖接种在MS+BA3.0mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+白糖30g·L-1的培养基上,30d后长出幼芽;丛生芽在MS+6-BA2.0—2.5mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+白糖30g·L-1的培养基上,增殖效果最佳,增殖倍数达4.0,芽生长正常,且色泽浓绿;芽苗在1/2MS+NAA1.0~1.5mg·L-1+白糖30g·L-1的培养基上,生根效果较好,根系粗壮,生根率为93.0%;组培苗移栽在V河沙:V珍珠岩:V表土:1:1:1的混合基质中,成活率可达70.1%。
以花葉豔山薑(Alpinia zerumbet cv.vaniegata)的莖尖作為外植體,研究瞭花葉豔山薑的離體快繁技術。結果錶明:花葉豔山薑莖尖接種在MS+BA3.0mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+白糖30g·L-1的培養基上,30d後長齣幼芽;叢生芽在MS+6-BA2.0—2.5mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+白糖30g·L-1的培養基上,增殖效果最佳,增殖倍數達4.0,芽生長正常,且色澤濃綠;芽苗在1/2MS+NAA1.0~1.5mg·L-1+白糖30g·L-1的培養基上,生根效果較好,根繫粗壯,生根率為93.0%;組培苗移栽在V河沙:V珍珠巖:V錶土:1:1:1的混閤基質中,成活率可達70.1%。
이화협염산강(Alpinia zerumbet cv.vaniegata)적경첨작위외식체,연구료화협염산강적리체쾌번기술。결과표명:화협염산강경첨접충재MS+BA3.0mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+백당30g·L-1적배양기상,30d후장출유아;총생아재MS+6-BA2.0—2.5mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+백당30g·L-1적배양기상,증식효과최가,증식배수체4.0,아생장정상,차색택농록;아묘재1/2MS+NAA1.0~1.5mg·L-1+백당30g·L-1적배양기상,생근효과교호,근계조장,생근솔위93.0%;조배묘이재재V하사:V진주암:V표토:1:1:1적혼합기질중,성활솔가체70.1%。
Shoot tips were used as explants to mass propagate Alpinia zerumbet cv. vaniegata. The shoot tips were cultured on the MS medium at the presence of BA 3.0 mg · L-1 + NAA 0.2 mg · L- 1 + sugar 30 mg·L- 1 for 30 days and produced adventitious shoots continuously. These shoots were transferred onto the MS medium sup- plemented with 6 - BA 2.0--2.5 mg · L-1 + NAA 0.2 mg · L- 1 + sugar 30 mg · L-1 for further culture and were well proliferated with a proliferation coefficient of 4.0. The multiplied shoots grew normal with dark green color and were rooted well with stout roots on the 1/2MS medium supplemented with NAA 1.0--1.5 mg · L-1 with a rooting rate of 93.0%. The rooted plantlets of A. zerumbet cv. vaniegata were transplanted in the mixed substrate ( river sand: perlite: surface soil = 1 : 1 : 1 ), and survived upto 70.1%.
