银耳产品的水分指标,不仅关系到银耳产品的安全,而且关系到银耳产业乃至古田食用菌产业的发展。本文从实验论证、查阅国内食用菌标准的水分指标、对市场销售银耳水分总体情况进行摸底等三方面对银耳卫生标准中有关水分指标问题进行分析。
