随着国家西气东输工程的不断开展、石油天然气工程的逐步实施,越来越多的聚乙烯（PE）管道投入使用。相比于钢质管道,PE管道材料特殊,检测、监测和维修难度大,一旦发生失效,将造成巨大的经济损失和环境污染,因此开展聚乙烯（PE）燃气管道检验与评价技术研究十分必要。构建PE燃气管道检验与评价的体系框架,详细论述PE燃气管道检验与评价的四个环节和五个层面内容,提出国内开展PE燃气管道检验与评价的重点,明确开展PE燃气管道检验与评价工作的执行路径,为我国PE燃气管道检验与评价提供参考。

As the project of West to East gas pipeline developed constantly, petroleum and natural gas engineering implemented gradually, more and more polyethylene ( PE ) pipelines put into use.Compared with steel pipelines, material of polyethylene pipeline is special, inspection, monitoring and maintenance of polyethylene gas pipeline are difficult with harsh conditions for services. The event of an accident would bring huge economic losses and environmental pollution, so it is necessary to carry out research of inspection and evaluation technique for polyethylene gas pipeline. System framework of inspection and evaluation for polyethylene gas pipeline was established. Four segments and five levels contents of inspection and evaluation were elaborated. The domestic research priorities and the implementation path of inspection and evaluation for polyethylene gas pipeline were proposed, which could be the reference for inspection and evaluation of polyethylene gas pipeline.
