近年来,醉酒驾车肇事事件频发并不断升温,引起了社会各界的广泛关注,刑法修正案（八）将醉酒驾驶入罪,意义深远。本文试图从醉驾入刑的必要性、可行性、法律层面的操作性对醉驾入刑制度作进一步探讨,并就完善酒后驾车犯罪立法提一些建议。
近年來,醉酒駕車肇事事件頻髮併不斷升溫,引起瞭社會各界的廣汎關註,刑法脩正案（八）將醉酒駕駛入罪,意義深遠。本文試圖從醉駕入刑的必要性、可行性、法律層麵的操作性對醉駕入刑製度作進一步探討,併就完善酒後駕車犯罪立法提一些建議。
근년래,취주가차조사사건빈발병불단승온,인기료사회각계적엄범관주,형법수정안（팔）장취주가사입죄,의의심원。본문시도종취가입형적필요성、가행성、법률층면적조작성대취가입형제도작진일보탐토,병취완선주후가차범죄입법제일사건의。
In recent years,drunken driving accidents have happened frequently and continued to heat up,which has aroused extensive concern in the community,so that the Criminal Law Amendment(VIII) put drunken driving into the crime,which is of far-reaching significance.This paper attempts to make further discussion on putting drunken driving into the criminal system from the necessity,feasibility and legal aspects of the operability,and mention some suggestions on improving the legislation of drunken driving crime.
