闽台文化创意产业交流合作存在偏于单向发展的问题。互补共赢，对福建的经济发展和国家战略目标的实现有着重大现实意义。福建省应发挥地域和人文优势，除引进台资与台商外，还应进入台湾市场，充分利用闽台区域传统文化资源，改变两地文化创意产业交流合作偏于单向发展的格局，实现闽台文化创意产业的实质性对接。
