食品安全学课程开展双语教学,是食品科学与工程专业综合改革试点的新任务。对双语教学中存在的问题进行了分析,介绍了食品安全学双语教学的一些思考和体会,重点就双语教学中的课前准备、教学与实践、练习与考核等主要环节提出了改进建议,以期找到解决问题的办法。

Bilingual teaching is an education in our country, and also knowledge of food safety and master important content to meet the need of internationalization development of higher a significant approach for training inter-disciplinary talents with professional English. Food safety is a key course for the major of food science and engineer- ing, bilingual teaching is a new measure of education exploration in our university. However, there are many prob- lems and difficulties during bilingual teaching. This paper summarizes the experiences during bilingual teaching and gives constructive suggestions for its improvements based on the introduction to food safety bilingual course.
