新手教师对课堂师生交往的重视不够,缺乏课堂师生交往技能和策略,以及专业知识的理解程度等影响了新手教师建立正常的课堂师生交往关系。在教师专业化发展研究和实践的基础上,提出了促进新手教师有效进行课堂师生交往的一些教育对策,以提高新手教师课堂教学的质量。

The novice teachers do not attach much weight to teacher-student interaction in classroom, and their lack of the skill and the strategy of that, as well as their understanding of basic subject knowledge, prevented them from establishing the regular classroom teacher-student interaction. Based on research and practice of teacher pro- fessional development, some educational suggestions were proposed to promote novice teachers carry on some effec- tive classroom teacher-student interaction, and enhance their classroom teaching quality to some extent.
