教师教学创新能力是教师职业发展所必需且高标的特质。高校教师尤其是青年教师应着力于教学创新能力的认知与培养。本文从关注教师自身兴趣、情感、个性差异及创造性,探讨在高校教师教学发展中心建设过程中教师尤其是青年教师教学创新能力的培养问题。

Teaching creativity is a necessary and highly-demanded quality for the professional develo-pment of teachers. Teachers, especially young teachers in universities and colleges, should focus on underst-anding and training teaching creativity. This article, from teachers' interest, emotion, personality and creati- vity, explores the cultivation of teaching creativity during the construction of Center of Faculty Teaching Development in universities and colleges.
