多钉连接是飞机零部件的常用连接方式,而飞机结构的破坏也多源于这些连接细节,确定各紧固件所传递载荷是连接件强度校核的关键。基于MSC.NASTRAN有限元分析软件,用四种简化模型计算分析单搭接多排钉连接结构的钉载分配,并对其进行对比研究。结果表明:采用cBAR/RBAR/cBusH组合单元模拟紧固件可准确计算钉载,适于飞机结构连接强度分析;与紧固件组钉载分配工程估算方法相比,采用该组合单元有限元方法可有效提高计算精度。

Pin load computation is crucial for strength analysis since multiple bolted joints is a common connec tion of aircraft parts and aircraft structural damage is mainly caused in these connection details. Four finite ele ment models based on MSC. NASTRAN are carried out to determine the load distribution of a lap joint with multi-bolts in rows. Results show that the modeling method with combination of CBAR, RBAR and CBUSH is convenient, effective and precise, and can be used in multi-fastener aircraft structure analysis. Additionally, an example of eccentrically loaded fastener group is presented and results show that the above modeling method is more accurately for determining pin load distribution than the engineering estimation.
