针对电话机听筒多腔模浇注系统的优化设计,利用CAE软件Moldflow,对塑件的成型工艺过程进行模拟分析,根据模拟结果优化模具浇注系统参数,以实现多型腔模具浇注系统的平衡流动.对比分析了两种方案的模拟结果,得到优化后的浇注系统参数.

An optimization design for the casting system of telephone Multi-cavity mold, with the CAE software- Moldflow, analyzes the molding process of plastic parts on simulation and optimizes the parameters of casting system to balance the flow in multi-cavity mold according to the analysis. By comparing the simulation results of two schemes, optimized parameters of casting system are concluded.
