“5．12”汶川地震后，地震谣言进入“高发期”，全国多个地区出现由地震谣言引发的社会性慌乱事件，给社会稳定和经济发展带来了极大的负面影响。本文从2010年山西“等地震”事件着手，从社会心理学的角度分析地震谣言的形成机制，探讨在社会恐震心理下地震谣言的传播和防范对策。

After the Wenchuan Earthquake, earthquake rumors have come to a high frequency period. Social confusion events caused by earthquake rumors appeared in various parts of the country, and have had a significant negative impact on social stability and economic development. Based on the Shanxi "Waiting for earthquake" event in 2010, this paper analyzed the formation mechanism of earthquake rumors from the perspective of social psychology, and discussed the transmission and countermeasures under the social earthquake phobia.
