Moutai township of Zunyi is where the liquor with moutai flavor is originally produced. In the "Twelfth Five-year Plan", the opportunity should be gasped that the provincial and municipal governments make great efforts in developing wine industry; therefore, how to develop the liquor with moutai flavor scientifically becomes an urgent issue.
