吲哚拉辛是一种非甾体抗炎镇痛药。基于吲哚拉辛对Na2SO3和酸性KMnO4的弱化学发光体系的增敏作用,建立了一种快速、灵敏、低成本的流动注射化学发光分析方法检测吲哚拉辛,探讨了发光反应机理。在优化的实验条件下,化学发光强度与吲哚拉辛的浓度在3.0×10-7~4.5×10-6mol/L内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.998 4,检测限为8.0×10-8mol/L(3σ),平均测定5.0×10-7mol/L吲哚拉辛11次的相对偏差为2.3%。

Cinmetacin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent. A rapid chemiluminescence method is described for the determination of cinmetacin by combining the flow injection technique and its sensitizing effect on the weak chemiluminescence reaction between sulfite and acidic permanganate. A mechanism for the chemiluminescence reaction has been proposed. The optimum conditions for the chemiluminescence emission were intensity. Cinmetacin can be determined over the concentration range of 3.0×10-7~4.5×10-6mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 998 4 and a detection limit of 8.0× 10^ -8 mol/L (3σ)). The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 11 repetitive determinations of 5.0 ×10-7 mol/L cinmetacin is 2. 3 %. The method was applied to the determination of ktoprofen in synthesized samples.
