幸福和快乐属于精神层面的感觉，它与物质有关但不等同。有人花天酒地，锦衣玉食，然而并不一定快乐，有人绳床瓦灶，淡饭粗茶，却乐在其中。如何在生命的过程中，创造幸福，享受快乐，言人人殊；一个人一生快乐不快乐，也是如鱼饮水，冷暖自知。世人之于快乐，白处之道不一。盖有玩物丧志，自呜得意者，如豫卦初六之“鸣豫”；有见微知著，洁身自好者，如豫卦六二之“不终日”；有贪得无厌，流连忘返者，如豫卦六三之“盱豫”；有创生快乐与他人共享者，如豫卦九四之“由豫”；有养尊处优，得过且过者，如豫卦六五之“恒不死”；有纸醉金迷，乐不思蜀者，如豫卦上六之“冥豫”。圣人之于逸乐，崇尚与人同乐。乐得其时，乐得其度。
행복화쾌악속우정신층면적감각，타여물질유관단불등동。유인화천주지，금의옥식，연이병불일정쾌악，유인승상와조，담반조다，각악재기중。여하재생명적과정중，창조행복，향수쾌악，언인인수；일개인일생쾌악불쾌악，야시여어음수，랭난자지。세인지우쾌악，백처지도불일。개유완물상지，자오득의자，여예괘초륙지“명예”；유견미지저，길신자호자，여예괘륙이지“불종일”；유탐득무염，류련망반자，여예괘륙삼지“우예”；유창생쾌악여타인공향자，여예괘구사지“유예”；유양존처우，득과차과자，여예괘륙오지“항불사”；유지취금미，악불사촉자，여예괘상륙지“명예”。골인지우일악，숭상여인동악。악득기시，악득기도。
Happiness and joy belongs to the spiritual feeling, which has something to do with material but not equal. Someone who indulges in dissipation and lives an extravagant life is not really happy, whereas someone has a simple diet, but enjoys it. Different people give different views about how to create happiness and enjoy happiness in the process of life. Whether a man feels happy or not in his life is just like a fish that drinks water, knowing by itself whether it is cold or warm. To a wise man, his comfort and pleasure lies in sharing joy with others and enjoying temperately happiness. And based on the principle of joy and happiness, there will be a big harvest
