建立了丙酮在非等温管式反应器中裂解的一维模型。通过Matlab软件对年产1万t丙酮裂解反应器进行了模拟计算和分析。模拟了反应温度、丙酮转化率沿反应器轴向分布,计算了反应器体积等重要参数,与实际工况数据相比,模拟结果相对误差较小。模拟结果证明,提高管间加热可以使丙酮裂解达到更高的反应转化率。

One-dimensional mathematical model of the non-isothermal tubular reactor for acetone cracking to acrylic ketone was established. Axial changes in temperatures and acetone conversion were simulated and the volume of reactor was calculated by Matlab software. The relative error of the simulated values is smaller compared with the measured values. The simulation results show that it is beneficial to the increase of the acetone conversion rate with improving heat of tubes
