对液氨泄漏的原因进行了系统的归类,依此绘制了液氨泄漏事故树。通过结构重要度、最小割集、最小径集分析得出,人为失误及管理缺陷是导致液氨泄露的主要因素。提出防止液氨泄露事故的有效方法,大大提高了液氨安全工作的水平。评价的结果对液氨企业进行安全决策、消除事故隐患具有积极的指导意义。

To classify the reason of the leakage of liquid ammonia systematically, draw the fault tree diagram of the leakage of liquid ammonia.
