以间苯二胺为原料,硫酸为催化剂,加压水解制备间苯二酚。考察了反应温度、反应时间、分段水解以及废水套用对反应的影响。实验结果表明,当硫酸与间苯二胺的摩尔比为2∶1、反应温度225℃~230℃、反应时间4 h、采用一步水解时,间苯二酚的收率为89.09%;产品质量分数为90.99%,产物中仅含微量树脂化物质。

Resorcinol was prepared from m-phenylenediamine through the catalysis of sulfuric acid at pressurized conditions. The effect of reaction temperature, time, segmented hydrolysis and wastewater recycling was explored through experiments. The result showed that the mole ratio of sulfuric acid to m-phenylenediamine 2: 1, reaction temperature at 225 ℃- 230 ℃, reaction time of 4 hours and one- step hydrolysis was the best reation condition. Under these conditions, the yield of resorcinol could reach up to 89.09%, and the con- tent was 90.99%, a small amount of resin material was only contained in the product.
