本文对某柴油机燃油喷射过程进行了数值模拟分析,选择了3种不同的喷雾破碎模型,通过计算值与实测贯穿距和缸压曲线的对比,认为HK—RT模型对高压共轨柴油机具有更好的适用性;通过对计算所得到的放热率及燃料分布等的分析,对三种模型计算结果的差异性进行了讨论。

The process of spray and combustion of a diesel engine was simulated. Three spray breakup models were chosen based on the established simulation modes. The spray tip penetration and the rate of evaporation were studied. The results show the model of KH - RT agrees to the ex- periment data but is better than other two model. According to the results of the heat release rate and fuel distribution, the difference of the simulation results was analyzed.
