针对现有中转站装载装置无法与压缩车配套使用的问题,提出了新型生活垃圾中转站装载装置方案.运用ADAMS软件建立了六杆举卸装置的物理和运动模型,对举卸系统进行了运动仿真及运动分析,并在此基础上对六杆举卸机构进行了参数化建模.通过优化设计研究确定了举卸液压缸的位置和结构参数,实现了举卸机构的动力优化设计.
針對現有中轉站裝載裝置無法與壓縮車配套使用的問題,提齣瞭新型生活垃圾中轉站裝載裝置方案.運用ADAMS軟件建立瞭六桿舉卸裝置的物理和運動模型,對舉卸繫統進行瞭運動倣真及運動分析,併在此基礎上對六桿舉卸機構進行瞭參數化建模.通過優化設計研究確定瞭舉卸液壓缸的位置和結構參數,實現瞭舉卸機構的動力優化設計.

To solve the problem that the solid waste transfering station does not match with com- pression vehicles, a new scheme for the Solid waste transfering devices was proposed by using ADAMS, the physical and kinematical model of six-pole lift-discharging device was established, and kinematical simulation and analysis of lift-discharging system was set up. A parameterized model of six-pole machine was worked out, the location and configuration parameters were con- firmed, and the dynamical optimization design was realized.
