为克服传统推土机运行参数监测系统存在的结构复杂、工作效率低等问题,将无线射频识别技术(RFID)、无线传感器网络技术(WSN)和通用分组无线服务技术(GPRS)相结合,研制了一种新型的推土机运行参数实时监测系统,实现了对推土机运行参数的实时监测、参数的记录与查询、参数异常的诊断与报警等功能,从而能对设备的异常做出早期预报.
為剋服傳統推土機運行參數鑑測繫統存在的結構複雜、工作效率低等問題,將無線射頻識彆技術(RFID)、無線傳感器網絡技術(WSN)和通用分組無線服務技術(GPRS)相結閤,研製瞭一種新型的推土機運行參數實時鑑測繫統,實現瞭對推土機運行參數的實時鑑測、參數的記錄與查詢、參數異常的診斷與報警等功能,從而能對設備的異常做齣早期預報.
위극복전통추토궤운행삼수감측계통존재적결구복잡、공작효솔저등문제,장무선사빈식별기술(RFID)、무선전감기망락기술(WSN)화통용분조무선복무기술(GPRS)상결합,연제료일충신형적추토궤운행삼수실시감측계통,실현료대추토궤운행삼수적실시감측、삼수적기록여사순、삼수이상적진단여보경등공능,종이능대설비적이상주출조기예보.
We use radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless sensor network (WSN) tech- nology and general packet radio service (GPRS) technology to develope a new type of operation parameters monitoring system for bulldozer to resolve the problems in traditional bulldozers such as the complex structure of operation parameters in the system of monitoring and low working ef- ficiency and so on. The new system could carry out many functions including real-time monito- ring, recording and inquiring and abnormal situations diagnosing and alarming for operation pa- rameters of the bulldozers. Thus it can make early forecast to abnormaly state of equipments.
