研究了J-188胶膜胶接聚醚醚酮(PEEK),炭黑增强PEEK,20%碳纤维增强PEEK及20%玻璃纤维增强PEEK材料在不同条件(低温、高温、热老化、介质处理以及湿热处理)下的剪切强度。结果表明,J-188胶膜胶接的四种PEEK复合材料均具有较好的耐高低温、耐介质及耐湿热性能,可以在200℃以上长期使用。J-188胶膜对20%碳纤维增强PEEK复合材料的胶接性能最好。

The lap shear properties of different PEEK materials such as pure PEEK,carbon black enhanced PEEK,20%carbon fiber enhanced PEEK 20%glass fiber enhanced PEEK bonded by J-188 film adhesive under the conditions of low temperature,high temperature,heat aging resistance,medium resistance and moisture resistance were studied. The results show that PEEK materials bonded by J-188 film adhesive all have good durability,which can be used for long-term above 200℃. The bonding performance of J-188 film adhesive to carbon fiber enhanced PEEK composite is the best.
