预应力张拉与压浆是预应力桥梁施工中的两道关键工序,预应力张拉与压浆的施工质量直接关系到预应力桥梁的安全性和耐久性,近年来因预应力施加不准确,管道压浆不饱满、不密实而出现的桥梁垮塌屡见不鲜。为保证本项目中预应力桥梁施工质量,文章从预应力张拉与压浆的工艺、设备、材料方面对设备进行优选,并在荣成一乌海高速第四合同段率先进行设备试运行,直至达到技术成熟后方进行全线范围内推广。

In recent years, because of the pre - stress in- accurate, the pipe grouting not full and imperfect, the bridge collapse is uncommon. To ensure the construction quality of the pre -stressed bridge, the paper optimizes the equipment from the process, equipment and material of pre -stress tension and grou- ting, conducts equipment commissioning the first in fourth contract section of Rongcheng - Wuhai highway, and promotes it across the board until it reaches the maturity of the technoloav.
