近十年是我国高等教育迅猛发展的黄金时期,在信息时代遭遇高校发展的高峰,是图书馆工作的新命题和新挑战。面对读者服务工作的新形势,本文在简要分析现状的基础上,重点提出了制度化管理、内强素质、外树形象、馆员轮岗、学科馆员、协作机制等应对策略,对明晰读者服务工作思路具有一定的启发性。

근십년시아국고등교육신맹발전적황금시기,재신식시대조우고교발전적고봉,시도서관공작적신명제화신도전。면대독자복무공작적신형세,본문재간요분석현상적기출상,중점제출료제도화관리、내강소질、외수형상、관원륜강、학과관원、협작궤제등응대책략,대명석독자복무공작사로구유일정적계발성。
We have seen the rapid development of China' s higher education in the recent decade. The experience of the height of university development in this information era has brought new tasks and challenges to readers' service work of university libraries. Based on a brief analysis of the new situation, this paper suggests that the readers' service of a university library should focus on aspects as to strengthening institutionalized management, improving qualities inside, projecting right images outside, rotating jobs, becoming a subject librarian and coordinating, etc. These countermeasures may give the library some enlightenment on its readers' service.
