针对宁夏电投西夏热电公司热网循环水泵富裕量过大,造成水泵节流损失大、扬程偏高、电机过载问题,依据泵的基本理论,经计算后确定了热网循环泵叶轮车削工艺改造方案。结果表明:改造后循环泵出口阀的节流损失及电机负载电流减小,节能增效明显。

Aiming at the larger surplus capacity of the heat supply network circulating pump in Xixia Thermal Power Generation Company, caused heavy throttle loss, higher delivery lift of the pump and overload of the motor. According to the basic theory of the pump, fixed on improvement project of impeller turning technics for thermal grid circulating pump. The result shows that after improvement the throttle loss of the outlet valve of circulating pump and the load current of the motor decrease, the effects of energy saving and efficiency increasing are obvious.
